Lee’s Asian Bistro Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

All the good things that everyone else said. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside is simple, clean and attractive. The menu is surprisingly broad but that's because they make everything fresh rather than in batches. You'll wait a little longer than you would expect but everything was "just out of the kitchen" hot. There was plenty on the small sized dishes; an appetizer and single small dish is enough for two, but if you want variety at dinner and leftovers for the next day (and who doesn't want variety/leftovers?), then get two dishes.

Lee's has been around for awhile now, and although I work about 2 miles away from the place it took the combination of a first trimester craving for Asian cusine and being without a vehicle that drove me to call and place an order. Because this was delivery, I can't rate or review the cleanliness or service. I luckily avoided the "waited 2 hours" issue that several other reviewers experienced, probably because as I said the driver had to drive literally 1.7 miles to bring me my grub. In fact, I was told 45 minutes and the very nice delivery girl (probably the same one referred to as the hot driver in other reviews) came in 35. I ordered the beef pad thai lunch, a spring roll, and some shrimp toast. The shrimp toast actually had recognizable shrimp in it, which revealed to me that every other chinese place I've ever been to was doing it wrong. Unfortunately it had a strange, 'cooked in burnt oil' taste to it. Not bad, just a bit weird. The spring roll was nice on the inside, but also had the strange, 'cooked in burnt oil' taste to it. I could definitely identify with the spring roll that it was only the crispy exterior that tasted funny - the innards were delish. The pad thai had only one taste: spicy. I wasn't in the mood for spice which was why I ordered pad thai. It wasn't rich or sweet or flavorful, it was just spicy. That was the only taste. Don't get me wrong, I'll still eat my leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Despite my less than favorable description of the food, it still ranks in as solid 3 stars. I don't feel like I'm going to die from food poisoning. The ingredients were obviously fresh and of high quality. I wouldn't go out of my way to tell people to go there, but I certainly wouldn't stop anyone. Overall, it was a-ok!

I'd say it's the best Chinese food for the area but not the best I've ever had. Service varies but overall they're friendly. I'm a repeat customer. Would recommend.

I was wanting some Chinese for dinner so I looked on my yelp app to see what was around me and found this place. I checked out the ratings the reviews, and the pictures everything sounded and looked good to me so I gave them a try. First impression the place was spotless and the smell was fresh and not stale like it would typically smell in most Chinese restaurants. I ordered the combination General tso chicken and my husband got the bourbon chicken combination both came with pork fried rice a egg roll and wonton soup. We were told the wait would be 30 min and that is was. Also there were pretty busy when I walked in to pickup our food. Overall that whole experience went great and smooth. Now for the food it was absolutely wonderful the freshest I have had in harford county. The General tso was nice big chunks of white meat the flavor was perfect the egg rolls also were great, the wonton soup was delicious my fav the flavor or the broth was not to strong nor watery perfect balance it had thin beef strips in it the wonton noodles were cooked great. The pork fried rice was delicious good flavor not oily no fatty pieces of pork in it. And as for my husbands bourbon chicken it was great was not greasy nor fatty the sauce was delicious on it. OVERALL I had s very good experience there and I will return to try something else soon.

Went here because other reviews said it was fast and good. After 35 minutes still no food. Absolutely ridiculous for 8pm on a Monday night. If I hadn't had to pay prior to sitting down (odd), I would have walked out. Now I am trapped. Not cool!! Chinese should be fast! Stay away unless you have lots of time. Added after meal: After 45 minutes I got tired of waiting and asked to get my money back and was told the food was ready. Since I was very hungry I sat back down. Crispy Szechuan beef was very, very good. But 45 minutes...good grief!

I came here looking for some decent vegetable dish. They have light fare where I was presented with a large serving of perfectly steamed very fresh veggies including fresh mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, etc with my choice of sauce served on the side so I could use as much or as little as I cared for. I didn't ask for this. It was their idea. Awesome! I had the schezwan sauce and it was very good. To top it all off the staff are very nice, service is fast, and the storefront is very nice as well as clean. All in all a very very nice surprise. I will be back tomorrow.

This place is still awesome several months after opening. I was afraid that they would cut back on portions or go downhill. It's still probably the best asian food I have eaten! Highly recommended!

I was in Aberdeen MD last week and stayed at the Spring Hill Suites. Right next door I decided to try the Lee Asian Bistro. I really wanted Thai so I saw they had some on the menu. I just got take out but had the red curry chicken. It was awesome. It could easily feed 3 but I chose to eat it in two nights. Wonderful dish with great flavor.

I am really impressed with this place. My coworker and I decided to try them out for a lunch pickup order. Everything came neatly labeled and in nice sized portions. It was great that they included sodas in the lunch specials. The food itself was great.. I was a fat pig and decided to order two lunch specials for myself. The bourbon chicken lo mein was fantastic as well as the general tso's chicken. We'll likely be back!

Wow, what a great little place. Been spending a lot of time in Aberdeen, MD and always make sure I have dinner from here. I would recommend the General Tso's chicken, but get the small order. It's plenty of food. The chunks of chicken they use are huge, plump pieces of white meat chicken. I suggest calling ahead for a takeout order unless you plan on eating there. They have a nice, clean, modern little dinning area.

I decided to try this place out after reading the YELP reviews. It was well worth it. I love Chinese food, but trying to find good Chinese food in Harford Co. is a chore. Until now. The first thing you notice upon walking in is the place it's spotless. Incredibly clean. A very very welcome sight. The food is the best Chinese food I've had in Harford Co. And I've been to alot. All the chicken dishes are white meat except for one. That's a big deal for me. Most places will charge you extra for that. you also get very big portions. They have tables to dine in if you want. The place is so clean it would be a shame not to. Everyone who works there is very friendly. The restaurant is tucked away off the main road. But do yourself a favor and try them out.

So I walk in here and the first thing I noticed is their big screen TV with Disney's "A bugs life". I was too hype. Dinner and a movie! I just hoped the food was good. You order at the front desk and seat yourself if you're dining in. They give you cups to fill your own fountain sodas or fill yourself up with nice hot green tea. Napkins and utensils are also there for you to grab. Decor is nice and the place is super clean. They offer an extensive selection of Japanese, Chinese and Thai dishes. My brother and I had the beef fried rice with orange chicken. The orange chicken is freaking delicious. Beef fried rice was generously filled with beef and was also very good, but was just a little tad dry for me. No big deal. My server/cashier was all smiles and the staff in general seemed like good people. I forgot to leave a tip, as you pay first before seating! I felt terrible but will be back again! Play the lion king next time. I'd fall in love with this place.

My friends and I went here for lunch, service was pretty fast, though it's a bit odd having the drinks kinda half behind the counter but serve yourself. Food was good. I quite enjoyed my pad thai, and my friends liked their chinese food. We'll definitely be back to sample more goodies.

I was really hoping that Harford County finally had a place with great (or any) Thai food. This restaurant, while very bright and clean with friendly employees, is not that place. I had the Shrimp Pad Thai and it was unlike any Pad Thai that I have ever had (in a bad way). The flavor was very odd. In addition, it was served with a huge portion of rice. Why in the world would someone need rice with Pad Thai? My nephew tried the Sesame Chicken. While the portion was huge and the chicken was of high quality (like another reviewer said, this is quite unusual), it had very little flavor.

It took 2 hours after I ordered my food to get it delivered. I was told 55 minutes when I called in the order. Although it was cold when I got here it was still the best Chinese around and they gave me 30% off. This was my first delivery hopefully this is not the norm for them.

This place rocks! I love their pad thai and everything else I have tried. I forgot to review it right away and now I can't recall everything we had. We will eat here again and I will update my review. :)

WARNING: Do not go here if you have a service animal or know anyone that is handicapped, as they refused us service and told us we had to leave, despite the fact that doing so violates both Federal and state law. Our service animal was wearing her vest and we offered to show our supporting documentation, all to no avail. We walked in on a rainy Saturday evening with high hopes for the place. Sadly, we cannot comment on the food as we were rather rudely forced to leave by the greeter, as the owner refuses to have service animals in her establishment.

Very good dinner specials with very generous portions. I decided to try the Mango Thai Chicken and there were huge pieces of mango in it. The atmosphere of the establishment was nothing short of a comfortable local Chinese food restaurant. I would recommend eating here, for the price you get more than enough to satisfy any lunch or dinner craving.

Love this place! Food is great and presentation is nice. Better than a typical Asian restaurant. Dining room atmosphere is a little too casual.

Great food! My boyfriend and I stopped here for a quick lunch on our trip from visiting family in NJ, on the way back to DC. We saw the good reviews on yelp, and wanted something a bit more substantial than fast food. What a nice surprise! The portions were quite large for the price, and everything tasted good. We didn't wait long at all to get our food, and the dining area was clean and modern. The staff were friendly. Would definitely come back on the next trip for the chicken pad Thai, Chinese eggplant, and pork dumplings!

This place has the best Chinese food in Harford County. Our family visits often and whether we pick up, get delivery, or dine in, the food and service have been exceptional. They have fast and friendly service and Wifi. It costs a tad more than the neighborhood competitor but they accept major credit and debit cards and your taste buds will scream, "thank you".

Amazing food. Decided to try this place out before driving all the way into Bel Air. We have been back three times and have yet to be disappointed. The chicken pad Thai and the general tsos is beyond wonderful. The staff is always friendly, order has always been correct, and the environment clean. Would highly recommend for your next Asian Food craving!

I order my food an hour and a half ago. As of writing this it still hasn't arrived. I called to ask about the delivery and they said it would be 20 minutes. I then asked for a refund and suddenly it was on its way already. The guy could literally not care less at all ever about my dissatisfaction with the service. Do not order delivery from here.

YUM!!! You know how when you eat bad Chinese food you get that bloated, headache, I am going to die feeling? Well not from this place. It's so hard to find good Chinese food. I got vegetable egg foo young and an order of spring rolls. So good! The people are very friendly.

My hubby and I order delivery from here all the time, we get pad thai and General taos chicken extra spicy it's yummy! Best chinese food I have found in this area!

We ordered the chicken lo mein and General tso dinner combos. The food was plentiful and delicious. The pork fried rice was amazing, and I normally don't like fried rice. The food was fresh and not dry, and best of all, the chicken was white meat and wasn't fatty! My boyfriends favorite part was the hot chick driver, and I have to give her props too. However, my only suggestion is that the general tsos was not spicy at all, which could be considered "bland" to some, but it was still delicious. My boyfriend was disappointed because his lo mein didn't come in a box, so he's really reaching for something wrong with this place. Bottom line, it's amazing.

My son liked his fried dumplings but my Moo Shu Vegetable was lousy. Service is good but zero atmosphere.

We've been ordering from here on an almost weekly basis now. The food is terrific! My standby favorite is their Hunan Chicken (or beef) -- the perfect amount of heat & spiciness without being over the top HOT. The chicken chow mein is also very good, and the General Tso's chicken is delicious. And you can't beat the portions and price for the dinner combos. I LOVE their sweet & sour soup and the wonton soup is also tasty. Best selling point? This is one of the few carry-outs in the area that we can find the mini-donuts for desert!! Perfect way to cap off a filling meal. Highly recommended and the best Asian food I've found in HarCo.

I'm not usually into the whole Asian-fusion food thing. For me to crave it is pretty rare. However I just had a taste for it tonight, so I decided to give this place a try. With the exception of them getting a small part of my order wrong (I asked for white rice, they have me fried. Yuck!), it was very good. You could tell that they used actual chicken breast for the General Tso's. It was nice and crispy and flavorful, although it did lack that spicy kick I was looking for. The beef and broccoli was so-so. As far as flavor is concerned, the beef was good. It was slightly tough, though. The broccoli was ever so slightly over salted, but cooked to a perfect tenderness without being overcooked. The egg rolls were good too. Overall a really good Asian restaurant, located conveniently up the street for whenever I have another craving :)

We have gotten take out from here twice. Both times have been great. The first time we got the appetizer sampler, the hot and sour soup, the beef and snow peas and the four season hunan. All was tasty and well cooked. In both entrees the veggies were crisp, fresh and plentiful. The beef dish came with many additional veggies. The second time we got the fried dumplings, the shrimp and scallop triple jade, the kung pow chicken and the szechwan green beans. Again the veggies were crisp and delicious and everything else was very well done and tasty. We have been looking for a good Chinese restaurant for years in this area and this more than fits the bill.

Update** Ordered takeout from here last night and I'm still drooling over the crispy beef! Lomein is always amazing, as are the shumai. Service was great and delivery was prompt. Definitely our go-to place.

Have gotten food from them twice so far, and it's been great both times. The quality of chicken (haven't tried any beef yet) is way better than any other Chinese restaurant I've ever had. I have asked both times for my General Tso's to be well done (extra crispy) and they've gotten it perfect both times. Friendly staff and great food, so I will certainly be going back!

I tied this place per friends recommendation. I was still leery. I am sorry I waited so long. The customer service was great and the food was even better. Huge portions and reasonable prices and a clean environment. I will definitely be returning again and again.

Based on other reviews, it looks like my experience may have been the exception rather than the norm. Maybe we just caught them on an off day. But it was bad enough that we won't be ordering from there again. We called for delivery and were told our order would arrive in a half hour. Two hours later, we were still waiting. I called the restaurant and was told that the driver left 15 minutes ago, and had other orders with him that he'd have to deliver before getting to ours. Who says the food will arrive in 30 minutes when it takes an hour and 45 minutes for it to leave their kitchen? When the food finally arrived, it was bland. Bland bland bland. I get the same thing every time I order Chinese food: General Tso's chicken and vegetable lo mein. The chicken was dry and had no spice to it whatsoever (and I'm not the kind of person who thinks food isn't spicy unless it sets your face on fire), and the lo mein was just ... there. My wife was equally unimpressed with everything in her order, plus the fact that her vegetable fried rice had no vegetables to speak of (unless rice and eggs are veggies, because those seemed to be the only two ingredients). I wish there was some kind of saving grace, anything at all that could justify giving this place a second star because I just don't like leaving single-star reviews. But nope. I've got nothing.

This was a great place to get quality Asian food in Belcamp. First, it is clean, which is very important to us. Second, the staff is friendly. Third, and probably most important, the food was very good. We all enjoyed our dishes, each person at the table kept commenting on how much they liked it.

Update to my previous review.... Everything we have tried from here has been delicious! We have ordered at least 5x now and everytine our delivered food has been fresh, hot and excellent. Dont be afraid to try new dishes from this restaurant, they cook them all perfectly. Hoping Lee's stays around , this area has needed a good chinese place for a long time.

I love this restaurant. I'm from New York and I know good Chinese food. This is the best I've had since moving to Maryland. Great food and great service. Nice atmosphere also.

food is great. They have south Asian taste such as Philippine, Malaysia's. Shrimp Pad Thai, Hot and sour soup, String Beans, Lo mien, Bean curd Tofu, Egg roll number 1,...etc. all dishes are an excellent. Maybe they need to hire more kitchen chief help them speed up. Place is neat and clean. It is best Asian restaurant in Hartford county. I plan to do catering for my son birthday party. Lots of high school kids love it. My son text to link all high school students know this place. It is good for Hartford county. Lots of people move from New York everyone miss New York Chinese restaurant. Now we have place to go. The owner is very nice and kind. They support charity and disable people.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
